288 thousand barrels per day of oil from Kurdistan to Baghdad
BAGHDAD / Obelisk: The Oil Ministry announced on Saturday that the amount of oil received from the Government of the Territory rate of 288 thousand barrels per day, pointing out that oil rates received for the month of May amounted to more than 398 thousand barrels per day, with all sides called for the need to carefully transfer information concerning the affairs of the oil .
The ministry said in a statement seen by "obelisk", that "the amounts received rate of the Government of the Territory amounted to 288.305 thousand barrels per day for the period from the beginning of this year until the end of the month of May," denying "the remarks made by Rep. Najiba Najib about the delivery region and the central government's full It agreed quota, amounting to 550 thousand barrels for the month of April . "
The ministry added that "oil rates received for the month of April from the region amounted to 504.990 thousand barrels per day, while oil rates received was in May 398.402 thousand barrels per day," asking all sides to "the need for accuracy in the transfer of information and figures on the affairs of the oil . "
The MP Najiba Najib had said, (June 11, 2015), on an Iraqi satellite TV, that the Government of the Territory handed full share prescribed in the agreement with the federal government for the months of April and May and rates amounted to 550 thousand barrels per day, stressing that this information is drawn from the Ministry of Oil .
The former oil minister Hussain al-Shahristani in (1 March 2015), that the quantities exported from Kurdistan have not attained the agreed quantities and is 550 thousand barrels, since the first month were exported from the region and Kirkuk, about 150 thousand barrels and the second month of 300 thousand barrels .
