Deputy for the rule of law calls Abadi to declare an emergency government

MP for the coalition of state law, Jassim Mohammed, Sunday, Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi to declare a state of emergency, noting that the country is in a state of austerity in the House of Representatives, regardless of billions without indifference.
Said Mohammed told / information /, "The more members of the House of Representatives have traveled outside Iraq after the announcement of the second legislative term finishes at the time that they should be interested in the issues of the country, as well as they spend billions without indifference and the country is in a state big austerity".
He added that "Parliament is not the level of responsibility, especially in the midst of the current situation," adding that "what he is doing by traveling parliamentarians and sent them away huge amounts of funds that exceed the billions, requires taking a courageous stand by the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi to declare an emergency government."
The House of Representatives has declared, in 30/05/2015, for the end of the second legislative term and raise the last session indefinitely
