US Senate "Congress" voted against the draft resolution to send weapons to the Kurdistan Regional Government and the Peshmerga forces directly.
Thus, the Senate cut the road in front of the White House to provide the Kurdistan Regional Government of weapons without reference to Baghdad.
And the voice of 45 senators during the meeting against the resolution, while the sound of 54 in his favor, but the US laws impose get 60 votes for legislation decision in the Senate.
