President of the Parliament welcomes the passage of the Council of Ministers of the amnesty law

BAGHDAD / ... The President of the House of Representatives Saleem al-Jubouri, Wednesday, adopt the Council of Ministers of the amnesty law.
A spokesman for House Speaker Imad al-Khafaji said in a statement Wad's "Eye Iraq News," al-Jubouri said the move is fulfill the obligations of the government and a step in the right direction on the path of national reconciliation, which significantly contribute to ease the congestion. "
"The Council of Ministers will step clearly the stability of Iraq and the contentment of his sons in a state ruled by law, and ensure the human rights.".
The Cabinet had voted yesterday, a majority, to approve the amnesty law. I
