Gulf Bank," discusses the distribution of profits

Gulf Commercial Bank said, Wednesday, he will hold the General Assembly in the next 5 July, to discuss the decree profits for the year 2014, and to approve the distribution of dividends in cash 11% of the share capital.
He said the bank in a statement that "the public will discuss the report of the Board of Directors for the company's activity and report Monitor your budget for the 2014 accounts."
And fell "bank profits during 2014, by 24%, to 42.7 billion dinars, compared to 56 billion dinars in 2013".
"The bank operates mainly from commercial lending operations and have significant activity in the field of retail banking and lending to small and medium-sized companies work, next to banking, commercial and financial operations."
