Signs of a sharp disagreement in the parliament after the lifting of "general amnesty" to the legislature

Baghdad-Iraq-Presse -17 June: a looming signs of a new political crisis under the dome of the Iraqi parliament after the government voted to approve the amnesty law, on Tuesday, and forwarded to the Parliamentary power.
The Union welcomed the Iraqi forces to "warned" the approval of the Government of Abadi for a general amnesty law, rejects a coalition of state law, led by Nuri al-Maliki passed without controls. It is expected that the new dispute erupts because the bill would drop the provisions and penalties for much of the governed, and therefore it will be subject to a series of long discussions because of sharp differences between various political blocs on it.
The disparity comes despite the amnesty law agreed politically laws, has been voted by the House of Representatives in a vote of confidence for Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi current session, as it came within a national reconciliation program.
MPs in the coalition of state law and confirms that it is possible to pass a general amnesty law in accordance with the guidelines and conditions, refusing to approve the "absolute image because of the encouragement of corrupt and terrorists to commit more crimes."
And it clings to Maliki's coalition that "the law does not include convicted on charges of terrorism, corruption and embezzlement."
The leader of the coalition of state law Abdul Salam al-Maliki said that "the coalition will not be allowed to reconsider Movernma Article IV of the Anti-Terrorism Act."
On the other hand the Union of Iraqi forces seen with cautious optimism to the move but "Mtojs of attempts to delay paragraphs of the law."
The leader of the Union Dhafer al-Ani that "the proposal is inadequate because it did not include the re-trial covered in Article IV of the Anti-Terrorism Act."
