First Deputy Governor of the student Babylon and Sam Aslan, Tuesday, the Council of Ministers of the need to expedite the issuance of instructions for the implementation of plans and projects on credit, noting that the needs of citizens from services and embarrassments financial obligations of the projects under implementation has made the local government in the development of "unenviable". Aslan said in an interview with Alsumaria News , "The cash flow is the most prominent conservative in our suffering due to the financial crisis experienced by the country," noting that "maintaining all projects currently parked."
Aslan said that "the local government is now aware of what is going through the country from crises, first of Finance because of lower oil prices and the war against terrorism," adding that "the needs of the citizens of services and embarrassments financial obligations of the projects under implementation and obligations of workers daily wage, made the local government in not put enviable. "
He called Aslan Council of Ministers to "the need to speed up the issuance of instructions for the implementation of plans and projects-term way to offer that is new to the province."
The government of the province of Babylon announced, in (May 26, 2015), stop for a project in 1470 to work in the province because of the financial funding interruption, appealing to the federal government to find solutions about it.
