Local residents said the people of Ramadi that the organization Daash fortifying himself and build defenses to counter any possible attack by the security forces and the international coalition.
He said the population that the Iraqi government delayed action and launch a counter-attack allowed the elements of the organization to strengthen their role as masters of the city.
This comes a day after confirmation of the joint forces as waiting for the green light from the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces to begin the process of restoring gray control Daash.
