Tomorrow Press / Baghdad: the Finance Committee in the House of Representatives accused, on Monday, the Federal Court looting the constitutional right of the House of Representatives in the conduct transfers and the reduction in the doors of the general budget. The IQD Team bringing you the news. The committee member said Haitham al-Jubouri in a press conference today attended by "tomorrow Press", "we were surprised by the issuance of the Federal Court decision on the abolition of all the additives of the Parliamentary Finance Committee and voted on by the House of Representatives in the federal budget law."
He added that "some of these materials is at the heart of the jurisdiction of the legislature as it pertains to the reduction authorized to transfer and thus the Federal Court today robbed the House of Representatives really constitutionally and legally suitability in respect of transfers between the chapters of the budget or reduce the total budget."
Jubouri said that "the reduction or cancellation of material transfers will cause many problems, including canceled $ trillion dinars of the popular crowd allocations as well as the cancellation of more than a trillion and 400 billion dinars for the displaced as well as the financial allocations uninstall contractors in the election commission and the Ministry of Electricity."
He said that "the most dangerous of that is in the abolition of Article 50 concerning by giving legal legitimacy to the presence of the popular crowd formations and the payment of salaries," noting "there will be a constitutional void and legally over how to deal with these salaries, which are unallocated entitlements within the budget.
