Government Basra declares access to exceptional approvals for the implementation of projects hundreds of billions

The local government announced in the province of Basra , on Friday, they got a special approvals from the Economic Committee in the Prime Minister allows it to implement a number of vital projects estimated to cost hundreds of billions, and that after a delay the inclusion of such projects by the Ministry of Planning and because of fiscal austerity big deficit the general budget.
The governor of Basra Majed Nasraoui in an interview with Alsumaria News , that "Basra before the other provinces to obtain special approvals from the Economic Committee of the Council of Ministers to implement some service vital projects, and after that we are unable to obtain such approvals from the Ministries of Planning and Finance," noting that "The situation of fiscal austerity and the Ministry of Planning had been forced to the non-inclusion of new projects related to the province's plan for the past two years and the current, but the Economic Commission allowed us to implement some of the projects after strenuous efforts took several months."
Nasraoui and explained that "the projects that the Commission approved the implementation is the infrastructure projects of the Centre for the province, including ducts integrated using the area which is under the draft declaration and at a cost of speculative 354 billion dinars, in addition to another project to rehabilitate the rivers branching of the Shatt al-Arab towards the city of Basra, and also projects require the construction of four multi-track Mjsrat tiling ten streets. "
The governor pointed out that "these projects will go into effect during the current year to contribute to the improvement of the service situation," pointing out that "some of which will be implemented by foreign companies sober."
The Basra is the oil industry center in Iraq, and the most important oil cities in the world, owns about 59% of Iraq's oil reserves, and has the largest oil fields in Iraq, including crazy and Rumaila and West Qurna, and by maintaining exports most of Iraq's oil quantities that depend the state budget on the revenue is almost entirely where issue volumes of oil by tankers foreign freely through the ports of al-Amaya and Basra (deep pristine previously), as well as three floating single platforms (tow and Jekor and Fayhaa), and in spite of all this, the population of the province suffer poor service and problems unemployment and a severe housing crisis, especially since the province has not seen during the previous two years and the current implementation of large construction projects because of the country's budget deficit
