Iraqi Planning develop a plan to facilitate the entry of imported materials
Baghdad, June 3 (Rn) - The Iraqi Ministry of Planning on Friday, they devised a plan for the introduction of high-precision materials imported into the country within a maximum period of 24 hours upon their arrival to the border ports.
The spokesman said ministry spokesman Abdel Zahra al-Hindawi told the Kurdish news agency (Rn) that "the Ministry of Planning and Development Cooperation and developed a plan to prevent delay the entry of goods imported to Iraq after the deployment of teams of device standardization and quality control at border crossing points to match the imported goods with cheap companies Swiss and French."
The Central Agency for Standardization and quality control of the Iraqi Ministry of Planning has signed a contract at the end of January, with the last two world wars, one French and one Swiss to check goods entering Iraq across the border points.
Under the contract the two companies (SGS) of Switzerland and (Rio Veritas) French wars, which have branches in all parts of the world, examine the material in the country of origin to ensure identical specifications of Iraq through laboratories accredited certificates of conformity and sent electronically to the Central Organ and copy it to the port border.
Hindawi said that "the ministry's plan aims to address the delay in the entry of imported goods at border crossing points, after becoming the standardization process is actually taking place in countries that import the global traders and businessmen of goods, including Iraqis."
He pointed out that the "divide and device standardization and quality take random samples and are measured in compliance with the license granted by the French and Swiss companies, which refers to the power consumption and may be passed to Iraq."
And foreign goods flooded the Iraqi market after the lifting of the siege in 2003.
But Iraqis often complain about the entry of goods corrupt or expired to the markets of the country as a result of poor quality control at border crossing points as well as the presence of corruption.
And the intervention of Iraq's large quantities of canned food, soft drinks, meat and vegetable oils, cheeses, in addition to household items, electrical appliances, from Arab and foreign countries such as Syria, Egypt, Iran and China, through the ports in Iraq border, are not subject to these materials in most cases to check confirms its suitability for use.
