President of the Republic Torhan adviser Mufti said that delay the transfer of ministerial powers to local governments would open the door in front of her appeal in the Federal Court against the central government.
Mufti said that "on the fifth of next August will see the dismantling of eight ministries of the government to transfer powers and competences of its employees and to the provinces, must the government and the provinces to show their readiness for this purpose."
He explained that "local governments in the provinces have the potential and the ability to manage most of the ministerial files and powers transferred to them, such as infrastructure, files, services and investment projects and others."
