Parliamentary looking energy crises of electricity and oil agreement next Tuesday

BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) - Commission on oil and energy parliamentary announced that it will meet next Tuesday with ministers of oil, electricity and finance to discuss the energy crisis in the country, pointing out that the meeting will include discussion of the electricity sector and the dispute oil between Baghdad and Erbil.
The House of Representatives has hosted on Saturday, Minister of Electricity Qassim Fahdawi to discuss the power crisis in the central and southern governorates, the minister attributed the crisis to lack of fuel and the financial allocations.
The committee member said Tariq friend's (IMN) said that "the Oil and Energy Committee will hold an expanded meeting, including ministers of oil, electricity, Finance next Tuesday to find out the problems and obstacles that the presence of the energy profile in the country, including the electricity and the agreement of oil between Baghdad and Erbil."
And it widened the rift between the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government Department after the latter decided to export oil last month, apart from the federal government and the oil unlike the agreement concluded between the two parties which committed Kurdistan will alone deliver 550 thousand barrels of oil a day to the oil company SOMO.
He explained that a friend "of the oil and energy seeking out during the meeting of an agreement between the three ministries on the grounds that its joint whether oil or electricity or financial," stressing that "the Commission will work to ensure access to see Baghdad and Erbil agreement's commitment to oil."
Under the budget that the Kurdistan region issued 550 thousand barrels per day of oil from the fields through the pipeline owned by the province for the benefit of the federal government in exchange for the region for its share of the budget, amounting to 17 percent.
