BAGHDAD / Baghdadi News / ... revealed the Legal Committee member Salim Chawki, on Thursday, the head of parliament instructed to read the laws before the House of Representatives delivered to the competent committees to speed up the voting process them.
Shawki said in an interview with / Baghdadi News / "The Jubouri instructed in today's session, the House of Representatives do read the laws sent from the Council of Ministers first reading, before being delivered to the competent committees, so as to speed up the voting process it."
He added that "the parliament speaker stressed the need to read the second reading of the project after a maximum of 15 days from the arrival of the draft law on the Commission."
Shawki and pointed out that "al-Jubouri's decision came after a delay the competent committees for many of the bills, because of political differences between the heads of parliamentary blocs, the Council has infected a state of complete impotence in the adoption of laws that are in the interest of the public good."
