Baghdad: Euphrates News} began the transfer of powers to the House of Representatives, held in the provincial conference.
A reporter and Euphrates News Agency {} "The conference was held in the presence of a number of governors, ministers, and political blocs."
The Committee of the Regions and governorates not organized province has announced that it will hold today an expanded conference attended by heads of political blocs and the ministers concerned, and the Minister of State for Provincial Affairs, and parliamentary committees, and the heads of the provincial councils, the Conservatives eleven o'clock in the morning; for the purpose of discussing the measures to be taken after the transfer of powers to the provinces.
