the House of Representatives postponed the second reading of the draft law of the Ministry of Interior.
According to a parliamentary source told all of Iraq [where] that "Contrary to the bill called Presidency of the Council of Representatives to postpone it," referring to "end the Parliament for the second reading of the draft charging for vehicles for the purposes of maintenance of streets and bridges" .anthy 2 Law
