Allawi said that «the need is growing to confirm the good neighborliness between Iraq and all countries in the region, and based on mutual respect and non-interference in internal affairs, and that this approach is consistent with international relations and rules of international law should not be subject to vibration at this critical juncture of the challenges posed by terrorism and militancy in the region, which require greater coordination and cooperation between all governments and parties in the countries of the region ».
He said Allawi: «From this standpoint, we reject any form of aggression on any part of Iraqi territory, at the same time do not accept it on all that Iraq should be the base or launching or transit point for aggression on the land, sovereignty and interests of the neighboring countries, for this call on our brothers in the Turkish Kurdistan Workers' Party to leave the territory of Iraq and adopt a peaceful approach in dealing with the Turkish government, also call the last to open channels of dialogue to reach a solution that strengthens civil peace and safeguard moderation and progress in neighboring Turkey, and fortified joint action against terrorism and Hawwadhanh in the region and in Turkey, which has been and continues to have a positive role supportive of Iraq ».
Allawi added: «our countries are all invited to escalate the pace of joint action and building positive relations with neighboring and other countries in the region to eliminate terrorism, extremism and sedition, and clear relations depends on the support and respect for sovereignty and mutual interests and balance between them. »
