Parliamentary Reconciliation is considering confiscating funds of staff of the former regime Law

The head of the reconciliation committee and parliamentary accountability Hisham al-Suhail, Wednesday, the committee began to study the confiscation of the money of staff of the former regime of law for submission to the House of Representatives for the second reading and engage in debates. He said al-Suhail told / information /, that "the Commission would host a number of legal experts in order to express their views about law and include important notes, which serve". He said al-Suhail said, "is eager to reach the optimal formula for the law that the committee was in second reading or degree of the future for the approval of everyone in order to redress the injustice and lack of rhythm on any category." He added that "the majority of that money and property were either personal to the families of the victims or acquired illegally through fraud," pointing to "the need that the money be returned, whether inside or outside Iraq, to the previous regime victims of the sons of the Iraqi people of all factions" .
The Council of Ministers has decided, earlier, inform the Iraqi Council of Representatives to adopt the current cabinet for the project seizure and confiscation of movable and immovable property belonging to the former regime law. Ended /
