Iraqi government form a committee to draft Basra Capital of Arab Culture 2018

Shafaq News / The Minister of Culture Faryad Roandzi Thursday the formation of a committee to prepare speculative estimates of the project Basra, capital of Arab culture for 2018 in relation to cultural infrastructure and cultural projects.
According to a statement issued by the ministry said Roandzi face through the body of opinion which was held this week's meeting, the need to use all the technical, administrative and cultural bodies in and outside the ministry to find out the opinions and estimates to complete its work, in addition to stand at the local government opinion in the province of Basra on effectiveness and their preparations have a vision for projects they intend to be completed within effectiveness.
The statement added that the committee is chaired by the Deputy Minister Taher Nasser Hamoud started, which consists of the Director General of the Public Relations Department Falah Hassan Shaker, the Director General of Administrative and Financial Department Raad Allawi, and the director general of the Iraqi Fashion House Aqeel Ibrahim, the director general of Dar Cultural Affairs Hamid Faraj.
The minister stressed the importance that the Commission complete its work and submit its report within a period not exceeding three weeks.
