Parliamentary Finance talking about a severe financial crisis and stresses: we will resort to reduce allocations

BAGHDAD / ... the parliamentary finance committee said on Saturday, the mechanism of state funds and exchange revenues during the first six months of the current year, indicating that the coming months will witness a severe financial crisis for the lack of commitment by the province to pay Mapzmth oil agreement.
A member of the committee MP Haitham al-Jubouri's "Eye Iraq News," said the financial state revenues for the first six-month period amounted to 23 trillion dinars, while cost the salaries of state employees 21 trillion dinars leaving only 2 trillion dinars went to the expenses of war and the ration card. "
He said al-Jubouri, said that "the current period, worse than the first few months because of the Kurdistan region by an obligation to pay Mapzmth oil agreement," noting, "The government can not pay a single dollar of investment, projects and ministries of the State."
He pointed out that "the ministries received its operating budget any Mai_khas staff salaries and operating expenses did not receive investment expenditure allocations to the severity of the crisis," explaining that "the salaries of state employees from the three presidencies is costing 40 trillion dinars a nominal salaries of 11 of them and 29 other provisions."
He noted that "we will resort to the nominal salary increase and reduce allocations to keep the state budget and pension rights of employees"
