What will the reform process to be launched by al-Jubouri in the parliament?

According to a parliamentary source told the "here Baghdad," the parliament speaker Salim al-Jubouri will initiate significant reforms in the House of Representatives.
The source explained that the reforms will include the separation of a number of House of Representatives members who exceed the ceiling of their absence limit, in addition to reducing the protections and the expenses of the House of Representatives or canceled entirely.
It also will include dispensing with the Vice President of the House of Representatives to reconsider and heads of committees.
