Chihod: out of financial and administrative corruption is a partisan and sectarian quotas

MP for the coalition of state law Mohammed Saadoun Chihod that corruption is the other face of terror, among the rampant corruption that this is a "display and is not a disease," and that corruption is out of quotas partisan and sectarian and factional.
