Deputy calls for dissolution of parliament and the formation of a government of technocrats

The need for an authorization to the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi by all audiences and reference to dissolve ministerial Alkanah and give him a period for the formation of ministers technocrats from outside parties.
BAGHDAD / Obelisk: The independent MP Kazem Sayadi, Tuesday, government and parliamentary reforms voted on by the House of Representatives package "far from the country's problems," noting he was able to collect signatures to dissolve the parliament.
Sayadi said in a press statement, said that "in spite of Mbarkina reforms voted on by the House of Representatives today, but it moved away from the essence of the problem in the country," explaining that "the demands of everyone, including the demonstrators, the Iraqi Council of Representatives is the solution."
He said Sayadi "managed to collect the signatures of MPs to dissolve parliament," adding "there are sufficient funds for the elections, including money that obsessed by the House of Representatives, amounting to 13 billion Iraqi dinars per month."
He stressed "the need for an authorization to the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi by all audiences and reference to dissolve ministerial Alkanah and give him a period for the formation of ministers technocrats from outside parties", blaming political parties and blocs "responsible for the destruction of Iraq and its solution to the country as a result of sectarian their policy and Hysteresis and reactionary."
Sayadi called the House of Representatives and the Iraqi government "not to delay the issue of Mzodji Aljsnah".
