Roudao - Arbil profit Kurdistan Region President election body, the Supreme Commission for Elections in Iraq, Ali is able who get him away Nuri al-Maliki from office, his lawsuit filed against the latter when he was prime minister.
Independent Electoral Commission and relegated to the election, based on book No. 331 issued on ( 19.01.2014) the decision of the then Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, Ali is able from his post as President of the Kurdistan Regional Authority elections, which the last payment to file a lawsuit against al-Maliki. In this regard, unable said in a statement that the Supreme Court of the Executive in Iraq , and after the investigation in the file, issued a decision in his favor, and replaced the decision of the al-Maliki, to be letting him after about a year and eight months, to return to his previous position. He added that after settle the matter in court, "the Electoral Commission for elections in Iraq decided to go back to my post starting from the ninth of this August. "
