Union of Forces: the neighboring countries seeking to block reforms Abadi through terrorist bombings

BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) - MP from the Union of Forces Talal Zobaie stressed that the neighboring countries are seeking to overthrow the scales in Iraq through a series of bombings in the provinces, pointing out that al-Abadi reforms are not in the interests of these countries.
Zobaie said for (IMN) said that "al-Abadi reforms at this stage has become a sword Patarra for those who are trying to shuffle the cards," noting that "there are some lurking backed by neighboring countries working on the bombings in safe provinces."
And the face of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi last week, to cancel a major positions of the Republic and the Vice-Minister immediately, and reduce the number of ministries in the government and the abolition of all special financial allocations presidencies of the three bodies and ministries.
Zobaie He continued that "the country and government institutions need to be real reforms by al-Abadi," adding that "those who are working on trying to make the bombings things are going the opposite route for its Abadi of reforms."
Abadi also face the abolition of the special provisions for each presidencies bodies and state institutions and retirees of them according to instructions issued by the Prime Minister to take into account the justice and professional competence, and keep all the top positions of the independent bodies, agents and Ministries and advisers and directors of two years from quotas partisan and sectarian, and holds the professional committee appointed by Abadi, the selection of candidates on light efficiency and integrity standards to take advantage of national and international experience in this area and are not available exemption from the required conditions.
