He added that "the government and the parliamentary reform its decisions has two dimensions, an economic dimension because it represents step towards addressing administrative and financial slack suffered by state institutions, including the government itself as well as a political dimension last because such decisions will pave the cancellation of sectarian quotas that have made the country a standstill.
