Economic Researcher: merging ministries will achieve efficiency and integration of administrators

BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) - said economic researcher Raad Twigg, said that the integration of the ministries will achieve efficiency and integration of administrators, and help in human resource investment optimally, adding that this step will address the collision and the contrast between the ministries in the work and goals.
And fired Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, the second reforms which included reducing its ministries and the elimination of four of them and the abolition of the posts of Vice President of the Council pack to become the number of its members to 22.
Said Twigg's (IMN) that "the decision of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi Petrhik good ministries, but should include all ministries."
The House voted on the first package of reforms, launched by al-Abadi in one basket, after the religious authority directives and demands of the demonstrators the need to fight corruption and to go about reform and provision of services.
Twigg felt that it "can develop new ministries to meet the emerging requirements needs to suit the new economic reality and the desire to increase the state's resources and revenues", calling for "the creation of the Ministry of Business Administration in order to work on the consolidation of market mechanisms and stimulate the business environment and attract foreign and domestic investment."
And she decided to Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, on Sunday, the abolition of four ministries and the integration of the other eight with each other, and decided to cancel the ministerial positions for the following ministries: the Ministry of Human Rights, the Ministry of State for Women's Affairs, Ministry of State for Provincial Affairs and Parliamentary Affairs, Department of State, as well as Aqraraaadh restructuring of the following ministries: the integration of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and the integration of the Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Health, and the integration of the Ministry of Municipalities, Ministry of Construction and Housing, and the integration of the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities Ministry of Culture.
