Iraqi political sources said that Vice President article Nuri al-Maliki who is currently in Tehran, "will not return to Iraq only after Tehran reached an agreement with Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi guaranteed not to display it to eliminate any charge was."
The newspaper "Okaz" Saudi Arabia, pointed out that "Tehran has sent secretly to Baghdad for this purpose, the commander of the Qods Force of Iran Qassem Soleimani, accompanied by high-level political and religious delegation to accomplish this task as soon as possible."
