The head of the House of Representatives Saleem al-Jubouri, on Monday, to the need for Parliament to be the starting point for any reforms in the country .

The House Speaker said Saleem al-Jubouri, in (August 18, 2015), the case of the reforms taking place in Iraq will remain as mere "slogans if not actually touches", as pointed out that the current stage needs to be greater interaction by state institutions.
