Eliminating directed quickly to deal with complaints against judges and public prosecutors

Baghdad / JAMC The face of the Supreme Judicial Council, all the presidencies of the federal appellate courts across the country quickly to deal with citizens' complaints against judges and public prosecutors in order to investigate them. The judge said Abdul Sattar Bayrakdar, spokesman for the judiciary said that "the Supreme Judicial Council has directed that the need for the presidency of the courts of appeal to receive any complaint or news provided by the citizen and the respect of one of the judges or members of the public prosecutor, without delay." Bayraktar said that "it is for the purpose of completing the preliminary investigation and referral of the complaint directly with all the information about the judicial oversight body to investigate them as soon as possible." The Spokesman pointed out that "this decision was made by the implementation of what came out of the special Judicial Council session held in the last week."
