Change the resolution of the presidency denies file region at a meeting of the Kurdish groups on Sunday

Denied MP for the mass change Kawa Muhammad, on Saturday, the resolution of a dispute on the issue of Kurdish forces presidency of the province at a meeting on Sunday.
Said Mohammed told all of Iraq [where] that "the Kurdish blocs agreement over resolving the presidency of the region file at a meeting tomorrow is unlikely," noting that "the dispute lies between the Kurdish forces on the one hand and the KDP on the other hand."
He said Mohammed that "there are complex problems have not been resolved until now between all the different parties," adding that "the most prominent of those issues in dispute, is how to elect a president of the region," pointing out that "some powers want elected by the parliament, while the party insists Kurdistan Democratic Party to elect a president of the region directly by the Kurdish people. "
He is scheduled to hold a meeting of the five major parties in the region to negotiate the crisis in the presidency of the province of Arbil but the parties announced today that it will not attend the meeting.
