Work for investment: investors have committed to run 50% of the national labor

It called on the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, Sunday, the national investment to bind investors to run 50% of the national labor force.
According to a statement of the ministry received / scales News / copy of "The ministry called on the national investment obliging all companies contracting with the ministries and departments not associated with the Ministry to run 50 percent of national employment in investment projects for the purpose of contributing to absorb the labor of young people and absorption phenomenon of unemployment."
"The present situation requires concerted all efforts to provide jobs for the unemployed and operation of labor based on the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers Decision No. 80 of 2013 are running 50 percent of Iraqi workers in those companies as an important step in achieving the aspirations of the ministry and its methodology in the fight against unemployment and fairness operating in class Iraq ".
The statement stressed "the need to urge all companies to review the operating and loan departments and the Department of Labor in the provinces to hold mutatis regarding foreign employment under the law for the purpose of obtaining work permits window."
He added that "many investors are bringing in foreign workers under the approvals issued by the Authority or the provinces and then later are smuggling a large proportion of such employment to the local market to be their Almtjarh illegally."
He called on "the national investment to emphasize this aspect and oblige investors procuring work permits from the ministry because of the subject of the influence of the security community with a clear violation of the labor law in force" .anthy 29 / d 25
