President of the Council stressed that the province has all the ingredients that qualify it to be fertile ground in which to invest and factor encouraging global investment firms, particularly in the implementation of strategic projects that are lacking in the province.
He continued that the Gazan local government supports the investment in the light of the financial crisis faced by the country, which is the best solution to the crisis, and will ease the burden on the state and will provide job opportunities for the people of the province.
For his part, the Iranian delegation companies desire the implementation of investment projects in the field of electric power in Dhi Qar because of its security and a stable political situation, and praised the support of the local government for them and facilities which announced the submission to them.
