The Washington Post reported yesterday that the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and US Special Forces are conducting a secret campaign in which aircraft are used as drones to target leaders of the organization of the Islamic state in Syria.
The newspaper said, citing senior US officials: The secret program separate from the broader US military operations in the framework of the international coalition against al Daash fighters.
