Badr bloc rejects the "National Guard": the wording of the law beginning of infighting

Twilight news/Badr bloc rejected in Parliament on Monday, the National Guard Bill, saying that the wording of the law marks the beginning of infighting and splitting the country.
The President stressed the cluster and member of the Committee on security and defense, Qasim al-araji in the statement and the response to twilight news, on "the need to link national guard law Prime Minister", stating "the importance of arming and manage national guard by the Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces."
Araji said that "block the parliamentary Badr rejects this law in its present form because it gives each the right to form national guard".
The current version of the law "is considered the beginning of infighting and splitting the country", and said he was astonished by "interference and pressure on Parliament to speed up adoption of this law."
Industry noted that "there are those who say either the region or Division, referring to the existence of the wishes of some partition of Iraq."
And the House is scheduled to vote Tuesday on a draft law which is one of the leading Sunni power demands in the country.
