"
The source added, "The meeting will see the first reading of the draft law on ratification agreement on the encouragement and protection of investments between the two governments Law Iraq and Albala Russian." He continued that "the Council will end, during the meeting, the second reading of the draft of the Fourth Amendment to the law of patents, industrial designs, undisclosed information, integrated circuits and varieties Botanical No. 65 of 1970, and the second reading of the draft reform law reviews and depositors. "The Presidency of the Council of Representatives lifted, on Wednesday (9 September 2015), the 19th session to Thursday.
