Parliament rapporteur: three controversial remarks about the Federal Court Act

BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) - Parliament rapporteur Niazi said Ihsanoglu, that there are three controversial remarks between the political blocs about the Federal Court Act, confirming the inclusion of the law on the Council's agenda this month.
The head of the House of Representatives Saleem al-Jubouri said that negotiations will continue between the heads of blocs to reach a consensus on the Federal Court Act.
Ihsanoglu said for (IMN) "The presidency of the Council will be included Federal Court Act for the purpose of reading the second reading during the coming period," explaining that "the observations made include the dispute over the powers of the members of the Federal Court, and the separation of the judiciary from the Supreme Judicial Constitutional Court and giving tasks in resolving files Supreme Judicial without reference to the other in the country's judicial authorities. "
Ihsanoglu said he "should and as a blogger in the paper judicial reform legislation of the Federal Court Act, and therefore the political process needs to enactment of this Act."
Previously, the House Speaker Saleem al-Jubouri said that his eagerness to resolve all contentious points relating to the draft of the Federal Court Act, in preparation for a vote.
