And transfer to a ministry statement, received by the agency all of Iraq [where], a copy of it from the Director General of the Department Ferial Akram Abdullah, saying that "the Chamber issued several decisions regarding the amendment of contracts for companies divided between the capital increase and the integration of the accounts of the company and liquidation of accounts company," pointing out "recorded 25 representative offices of foreign companies and recording seven branches of foreign companies and documenting 174 registered company and marking records, and to bring the company to 315 forensic investigator for violating the guidelines and instructions."
"The department has studied the final accounts for 1730 and the national company of the number of national companies, as well as the integration of the accounts of 37 companies and to increase the capital of 40 companies, and the liquidation of the accounts of 15 companies and amend the contract and one joint-stock company, and the study of the accounts of the offices and branches of foreign companies 68 companies for."
Abdullah pointed to "circle the ratification of the minutes of meetings of the constituent companies registered during the period from the first of August to 31 and it's 109 Minutes in addition to the ratification of 53 minutes of special meetings of the General Authority for joint stock companies" .anthy
