Investment Law impedes the provision of investment environment in Dhi Qar

Counting Chairman of the Board of Dhi Qar province, Naim Gazan, Sunday, investment law at the forefront of the reasons that prevent the provision of investment environment in the province, pointing out that the Dhi Qar has not seen over the years a prominent investment projects consistent with the need for people of the province.
He said the Gazan in a statement received / scales News /, that "after the financial crisis experienced by the country and declare a state of austerity should local governments activating the investment sector to cope with the crisis, noting that the investment will occupy a lot of the labor force in the province, as well as building a major service projects ".
He said Prime province of Dhi Qar, said that "the investment law stands at the forefront of the reasons that prevent the provision of investment environment in the province," explaining that "other factors hindering investment, including the bureaucracy and ineffectiveness of workers in the investment area, and the lack of cooperation between the provinces and Baghdad in the field the provision of land for investment in projects contributed significantly to the lack of success of the investment process. "
He continued, "The investment is capable of advancement of the cities and developed if local governments provided facilities for investment companies, pointing out that the province of Dhi Qar has not seen over the years a prominent investment projects in line with the need of the people of the province."
Gazan said, that "the province of Dhi Qar fertile environment for investment in all areas, particularly security, stressing that the local government after the transfer of powers is determined to provide the appropriate atmosphere for investors and international companies to implement important projects," .anthy 29/28
