Iraq plans to export 3.8 million bpd of Basrah

Traders said, on Monday, Iraq's second largest oil exporter in OPEC plans to export 3.8 million barrels per day of crude from the southern Basra port in October with the increase in production, based on the initial program load.
Reuters reported for traders that "Basra heavy crude exports may drop to 900 thousand barrels per day in October compared to 3.017 million barrels per day in September."
