The central bank announced on Thursday, the low sales in the auction of foreign currency for up to $ 170 million, after it sold yesterday for $ 171 million.
The bank said in a statement received / scales News / copy of "The size of the amount sold today by the bank at the auction of the dollar stood at 170 million, and 79 thousand and $ 150, priced at 1166 dinars exchange rate to the dollar, and with the participation of 27 banks and 4 of the financial conversion company."
"The amount of remittances and credits amounted to 150 million, 939 thousand, and $ 150, while the quantity sold was 19 billion in cash and $ 140 million."
"The Central Bank of Iraq will continue to sell and buy dollars at 1166 dinars," adding that "the sale of remittances price of 1187 dinars per dollar, including the commission of the Central Bank of $ 24 dinars per dollar, with total cash sales price of $ 1190 dinars per dollar."
