He added, "This deadly epidemic requires the Government to declare a state of emergency and to take all necessary measures to surround as soon as possible and limit its spread," appealing to the World Health Organization and head of the regional office of the Organization, the United Nations and humanitarian organizations helping the Iraqi government in the fight against the epidemic and provide the necessary treatments for people ".
