Integrity: the more corrupt file is mod files

Baghdad/Iraq News Network-member parliamentary Committee on integrity Adel Noori, Monday, that the most corrupt files I have are parliamentary integrity mod files, contracts and deals in billions
and Nuri said in a press statement: "there are a lot of contracts in the Defense Ministry, where corruption, most notably the corrupted files to aircraft deal and Russian weapons and aircraft, Czech and other weapons,"
adding that "the Commission forwarded some mod files to the integrity Commission and other files under investigation and auditing" ,
Adding that "the Commission will investigate any file contained any Minister or institution and will not exclude anyone." and between "all of caarl State ministries and institutions have corrupted files in the Committee".
