RUBAIE: GOVERNMENTAL COMMITMENT TO PARLIAMENTARY AND NOT TO THE PRESENCE OF FOREIGN GROUND TROOPS

BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) - a member of the Commission on Security and Defense Rubaie said, if there is a government and a parliamentary commitment not to the presence of any land-based foreign combat forces of the international coalition on the ground and their participation in the fight against Daash terrorist gangs.
He said al-Rubaie's (IMN), that "Iraq does not need any kind of part of the international coalition of foreign troops on the ground, there are about a million Iraqis trained to take up arms and defend the country, and what Iraq needs of specific training, equipment and weaponry and air support the international coalition."
Rubaie said that "Iraq needs to higher training level of the international coalition to Iraqi forces on the quality of weapons, and provide leadership and electronic control system, and the ability to reconnaissance and spying on the enemy, and to double the flights against Daash and Arbitration infrastructure and cut roads, supplies of sites."
It warned yesterday League of the Righteous Movement and the Badr Organization, acceptance of the danger of a new American presence on Iraqi territory, and tightened in a joint statement on the rejection of the use of US forces, and the local government refused to enter agreements with third parties.
