Ministry of Finance and the Kurdistan Region announces reforms and austerity measures package

Shafaq News / The Ministry of Finance and Economy in the Kurdistan Regional Government on the adoption of a package of reforms and austerity measures to cope with the financial crisis faced by the Government of the Territory because of lower oil prices in global markets.
The package consists of 14 articles in order to reduce the Nvaqat ministries and government departments, and add other imports to boost government coffers.
The Minister of Finance and Economy Mohammed Rebaz a proposal to the Presidency of the provincial government includes 14 articles, and highlighted what it contains materials that reduce the higher grades of the owners of the salaries of government officials, in addition to working to increase imports to the Treasury.
