Said the Commission on Security and Defense parliamentary member, that the Iraqi government is negotiating with several countries to buy weapons in a way payment on credit.
He explained Hakhuan Abdullah, he told all of Iraq [where], that "Iraq's non-equipped aircraft and arms deals has several aspects, including those related to the financial aspect, there is ready to equip Iraq's weapons without introducing the amount in cash countries."

Abdullah said that "Iraq weapons processing enters many doors, including that of the Convention with the US strategy, as there are countries must take the American approval for the processing of Iraq a specific type of weapon."
A spokesman for the Ministry of Defence Naseer Nouri, said Wednesday, "The Iraqi air force's ability is limited in the pursuit of distant targets, the lack of possibilities," noting that "there are Russian military delegation exist in Iraq, to discuss previously concluded military contracts." Iraqi state and relies on building the annual financial budget by about 90% on imports of the source of oil, and the resulting decline in crude prices since the middle of last year to a significant decline in Iraq's resources reaching its budget in 2015 about $ 100 billion deficit expected up to 25% .anthy 2
