OIL AND WASIT: PRODUCTION WILL REACH OF 60 THOUSAND BARRELS PER DAY BEGINNING IN 2016

Wasit / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) - Director of the Petroleum Authority of Wasit Majid Abbas said that the production rate of crude oil will arrive early next year from the oil fields to maintain 60 000 barrels per day.
Abbas said for (IMN) that "Alntvi Badra field began producing 42 000 barrels per day of crude oil," attributing the cause to "complete the drilling of new oil wells and a group linked to production in the mentioned field."
He pointed out that "the beginning of 2016 will reach production in Wasit fields to 60 000 barrels per day."
He explained that "the Ahdab oil field provide 65 million cubic of dry gas station Zubaydiah electricity, as well as the mentioned field produces daily between 135-140 thousand barrels per day of crude oil, while the Ahdab oil field produces 250 tons of liquid gas per day."
Includes Wasit province, two oil fields, the first is the Ahdab west of Kut and has an average production of 140 thousand barrels per day, the second field is the Badra oil field 90 km east of Kut, which is pumping business began the year in 2014 and reached its production today to 35 000 barrels per day.
