Economist proposes to abolish real estate collateral in project grants agricultural and industrial loans

BAGHDAD / Sky Press suggested economic expert Abdul Hassan al-Shammari, Sunday, Cancel real estate collateral in the project five trillion dinars loan to banks to support industrial and agricultural projects.
Al-Shammari said for "Sky Press," "The conference was held on Saturday evening to discuss the central bank for banks specialized loan of $ 5 trillion dinars, in the presence of a number of deputies and the President of the advisers in the Cabinet and the Governor of the Central Bank and a number of officials to support the private and especially the industrial and agricultural sector."
"We made a proposal to cancel the real estate collateral and the project is the guarantor only for the purpose of implementation of the largest number of projects," adding that "on October 7 to finalize."
The central bank earlier announced the launch of the 5 trillion dinars loan project to the specialized banks to support agriculture, industry and housing sectors.
