Parliamentary clans: the political blocs to obstruct legislation tribes Council Act

Chairman of the parliamentary clans Chihod Mohammed said on Tuesday, said the political blocs legislation impede the National Council of tribes and clans law.
He said Chihod told all of Iraq [where] that "the Commission clans of important committees that work in an important area, is national reconciliation, resolving tribal conflicts that began to take a great deal at this particular time, so the strong and effective contribution and we need it today."
He added that "insisting on legislation the National Council for the tribes of law and clans, who is one of the important laws Committee, and contributes to take clans and their heads of their role in national reconciliation and conflict resolution," noting that "this law so far did not see the light."
He Chihod that "the political blocs are trying to one way or another block where tribal law demanded the Presidium of Parliament by clicking on the heads of blocs to pass the law, "explaining that" the law legislation contributes to the stability and resolve tribal disputes, a step from the steps of national reconciliation ".anthy
