He noted that the ministry has allocated 750 degrees and careers in the social protection body and conducted a redeployment of 500 other degree of coordination with the Ministry of Finance and the Committee on Labour parliamentary to be number 1250 ° were distributed to Baghdad and the provinces because of the urgent need to clear poor families in Iraq and coverage of social protection program
He said that for the first time in the history of the ministry being the number of specialists appointed as the Special Committee adopted appointments and professional competence and experience in accepting the researchers, noting that 50% of the appointments included researchers hired by the ministry for two months for the purpose of conducting the field survey to target families benefiting from the subsidy social protection.
He noted that the grades announced by the ministry falls within the framework of the Social Protection Law No. 11 of 2014 which provided for the formation of social protection body and then the announcement for the appointment of social workers who are the grades for the purpose of scanning poor families benefiting from the law in accordance with the standard poverty line set by the Ministry of Planning, Indicating that the law works on the organization of cash benefits covered by social protection in a scientific and systematic and is modern in providing a decent life for the Iraqi people the simple style of being a priority for the ministry and the government.
He explained that the ministry has embarked on the implementation of measures of social protection law No. 11 of 2014 starting from the composition of the social protection and then conducted a crossover with information and data in all state institutions with the beneficiaries to have for the purpose of sorting abusers, also conducted a field survey of the families benefiting from the subsidy of social protection ranging from million beneficiaries to make sure eligible for subsidy by contracting for two months with specialists.
He said the social protection body has completed 80% of the field survey in the provinces while completed Baghdad 35% and that the presence of some of the obstacles faced by the field research of the lack of base standardized information about beneficiaries addresses, as well as the lack of cooperation of some of them as well as for the boards of the two countries and mayors, pointing out that the ministry conducted a supplementary search for one month to complete the number of beneficiaries.
